A lot of my images, though they begin in black and white, once an image is lined I focus on adding vibrant, highly saturated color to the work. My Job as an Illustrator
My unique and extravagantly detailed designs, reminiscent of nostalgic cartoon animation from the 70s and 80s, are able to connect with viewers via eye-catching brilliant imagery, visually communicating to readers the aesthetic soul of the story being told, who the characters are and the author’s vision for their work. A thoughtfully designed illustration elevates the words written on the page giving the reader a deeper, more immersive connection to the adventure the characters are living through.
